But in many places, it's just a huge global intensity modulation that flickers through alternate slices in an interleaved data acquisition. This is the worse of the 2 (8-minute) runs. Pulse sequence was a pretty standard pulse sequence: 64 x 64 matrix, 35 slices with 2s TR, 25ms TE. slice thickness 2 mm w/ 75% gap; FOV of 224 x 224, providing 3.5 mm isotropic resolution.
