These are 3D model files in Silicon Graphics Inventor format. They can be viewed using SGI's ivview utility.
These files are 2D images in the well known JPEG format. Do a save after your browser puts up a subwindow showing the image. Save as source format. Convert images using Debabilizer or your favorite image format converter; or, use as is.
