PSY 5065, Homework, Week 4

Data for this class are transferred each week to:

/pkg/classes/psy5065/Data

Find the data from the 2 lab sections last Friday.  Practice converting
and viewwing a few datasets using commands like:

mri_convert PN-ANON-ST001-SE006-t2_tse_tra_512/PN-ANON-ST001-SE006-0001.dcm test.nii

... and using either fslview, freeview, or afni to look at the Nifti files you create.

Find the image that had the aliased banana (hint:  a T2 sequence from 1st lab section).

Email Cheryl the following:

1) the path to the dicom directory that has the aliased banana.
2) a screenshot of the aliased banana.
3) a description of what aliasing is and why it happened.
